Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Special notes

Consumers only: The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. Our consulting packages are offered only to businesses; business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal.

Services (online workshops, seminars and consulting): For a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal also expires when we have provided the service in full and only began to provide it after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract. If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you inform us that you are exercising the right of withdrawal, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Digital content: For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires if the Provider has begun to perform the contract after the Customer has expressly agreed that the Provider may begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and the Customer has confirmed their knowledge that, by giving this consent, they lose their right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins, and the Provider has provided the Customer with a confirmation of the contract (Section 312f of the German Civil Code (BGB)).
